Review on 🟠 Norwood Commercial Furniture NOR-NIL1715F-OR-SO Active Stool: Adjustable Height Pivot Saddle Seat in Vibrant Orange by Keith Leach

I ordered a saddle stool. Based on the video I was expecting it to have a reclining seat. The seat does not recline at all. The seat attaches to the gas cylinder like a normal chair without a tilting hinge. I wonder if a part is missing? The gas bottle I got doesn't raise the stool high enough to be able to tilt it for my standing desk, so I can only use it when my desk is down. Considering the light alloy base, the inclined option wouldn't work because the base has no weight or traction. Otherwise, this stool is a more comfortable alternative to the stool I used before. I find the shape of the saddle suits my tailbone better than the round curved cushion of my former stool. (Something about pressure points and weight distribution) I've also found that I prefer it to a balance ball as it has a much smaller footprint. However, someone heavier than me might find the seat uncomfortable as the padding isn't all that impressive. I'm 5'4 140 lbs.
