Be sure to fix what caused the first error

Needs to be replaced because I had a leak between my lower windshield molding and the wiper housing on a 2006 e90. Water basically dripped onto the old one and fried the resistor while the fan rusted. Easy to replace after removing the glove box. Preventive checks/cleaning should be carried out frequently.
