Better than my first impression led me to believe.
My first review dismissed this remote because I couldn't connect it to my Roku. However, after ordering a replacement, setting it up and realizing that the remote was pointed very directly at the Roku, I decided to plug it in again. Works great to my satisfaction! I give it five stars but when I initially had trouble I emailed Jasko asking for help and got no response. The remote control is great, customer service is lacking. I'm very glad that an error on my part was the only reason it didn't work for me initially, as swapping out the remote control was also an issue.
