Hilarious observations on the Bed Alarm for Elderly Dementia Patients

I got this bed alarm for my mom, who has been quite forgetful due to her age. The alarm did its job and the moment it went off, I knew it worked. The advanced sensors were very sensitive and detected even the slightest of movement. However, the 9V battery that was included didn't last very long, which was a bit of a downer. While it's great for preventing falls, my mom found it to be a bit too sensitive and was triggered by her just changing positions in bed. In fact, it was going off so frequently that after a few days, she started calling it her new roommate. All jokes aside, it's definitely better to be safe than sorry, so if you're looking for a fall prevention device, this is definitely worth considering.

Pros
  • This bed alarm is highly advanced and includes a sensor that can detect even the slightest movements of an elderly dementia patient, ensuring that caregivers are alerted immediately when their patient is at risk of falling
Cons
  • The Bed Alarm for Elderly Dementia Patients can be quite sensitive, causing false alarms to go off and potentially causing confusion and anxiety for both the patient and their caregiver
