I don't know how to look at a paper plate, but here it is. I used them for grilling. I have carefully fried hot dogs and hamburgers on my very expensive grill in my very expensive open air kitchen. These are not ceramic plates, these are paper plates! How much can they really hold? When my guests picked up the plates, I was very nervous that these plates would break or crumble in half under the weight of the hamburgers and buns. But when my guests lifted their plates, bam! These panels held together better than I could have imagined. Who knew paper plates could hold so much weight?!? Whatever the case, these plates can hold not only hamburgers, but hamburgers AND buns - until your guests eat the condiments. I have told my guests not to use condiments and you should do the same.
