Now I understand why some reviews say it's good for megarolls and others say it's not. Below, the tower tapers to a smaller size. Mega reels are placed in the top hole, but when lowered they do not reach the bottom as their diameter is too small for them. There will be a gap of about two inches between the base of the holder and the lower roll. The bottom roll becomes wedged by the weight of the two rolls above and it becomes necessary to secure the tower to pull the bottom roll through the cardboard spindle into the roll. I am confused by the poor design of this product. Why does it have to be so tight at the base that the bottom roll gets stuck there? It's just stupid. i want to return it
