One of the buttons on my Buick Encore key fob is bent. I thought I could easily change the key fob until I found out it was sealed. It took some time to open my original keychain and take out the board and key. It was difficult, but it can be done carefully. Do not damage the electronics board. My original Buick key fob has an auto start button, this remote I bought from Revain has that button with the trunk icon. To be honest it doesn't really matter, it still works when I hit autostart as it's setup the same as my old remote and it's a big saving for me! The dealer wanted to take a ridiculous amount. The only problem is that the key doesn't come out so easily that I just have to pull it out. For now, it's a good alternative to paying a merchant, and the fees are ridiculous.
