I plan to update my review once I fix the problem with my inverter. I recently bought this inverter and used it today, but there were some problems. I connected everything and turned on my WIFI hotspot device and rechargeable earbuds. An hour later the inverter started whistling/beeping. Reading the manual what can only happen under under voltage, overload, short circuit and thermal protection. Well I hooked this up to my brand new truck with under 2000 miles so I doubt it's battery (under voltage) protection. I know it's not overload protection based on the devices I'm using. So my only guess would be thermal protection, but it wasn't that hot and I've never heard/seen the fan kick in. Is my inverter defective? Please help.
