I bought the 145 ft warm white string. It came gently coiled in a double roll, the two halves of length each with a twist tie loosely hand tied around them. There's a ton of extra lead wire between the transformer and outlet plug, so you can dispense with the indoor extension cord. You won't need it. The three copper core wires are gently twisted around each other and they're supple. All this is really important. It's the reason why the lights all work and last several years. They aren't brittle aluminum wiring, machine wound into tight wads, then crammed into a little 3 inch box. No kinks! No broken wires! Brilliant idea! AND they are really pretty. Mine are outside on a Holly bush, lighting up the b'jillions of little red berries on it. 145' in the aluminum minilights would have cost me about $50 at Wallyworld. I paid about $35 for these and got a better wire mindfully and properly packaged, delivered in 24 hours from Prime. I'm very satisfied.
