As a saltwater aquarium enthusiast, the pinball magnet cleaner was probably one of the best purchases I've made for my reef. These blades are the perfect replacement for the original blade that came with the pinball cleaner. I don't leave the cleaner in the water all the time, I put it in the tank to clean the glass about every week. I can say I never clean or dry these blades after use and have never had rust spots so I think it would be really good to leave them in the tank all the time. Pros: Two blades should last a good couple of months at least - they definitely do the best job of cleaning glass. better than any other magnet I have used. These blades have never scratched the glass in my tank. Blade (a common problem with any cleaner) - I can't think of anything else to be honest. The pinball cleaner is great and these replacement blades are made just as well as the ones included in the kit. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for replacement blades.
