This chair is terribly uncomfortable. The design of the saddle has a very extreme shape. My husband's balls were so badly crushed that every time he entered the room he growled at the chair like a rabid dog. The bowel movement also irritates everything south of the border of the female body. Bladder infections can occur as a result. We removed the seat and tried to get the wooden saddle out and turn it into a stool. It seemed easy, but it wasn't. It felt like it had 2,000 staples. Now it looks like "Frankin's Stool" but at least we used it. Some time. Then one day the evil spirits of the chair came and the chair began to rise as if possessed. Leaking hydraulics. Makes me mad. drives my husband crazy My dogs bark at him when he moves on his own. The wheels are well made. But not worth the headache and the money.
