Faced such a problem. In my bathroom, 1 wire is connected to the switch (light), while there is an extractor hood connected directly to the wire on the lamp (they didn’t reach the switch). In this scheme, the hood always worked for me when I turned on the light in the restroom. With the help of this relay and a smart button, I was able to make it so that now my light turns on from the switch (or by the motion sensor), and I can turn on the hood separately from the smart button.
- Was able to realize a connection that was impossible without additional cabling
- Didn't find it works fine.
