Got it because I was offered a promotion for it. I'm very glad I did this. The tank filled up within 6 hours of my first run. It is much cheaper to run to reduce the humidity in your home than a whole house air conditioner for a two story, single zone home. Also, you don't want to turn on the AC when it's cold outside. I'm not easily surprised, but this thing blew me away. Either there was so much water in the air at home, or it's a magic fountain :-). I've also used it to dry water damaged carpet in a Prius. No more stench! Hooray! Due to its high storage capacity, it is also suitable for attics. One thing that could be better? Comfort mode should be set to the percentage of humidity I want to maintain. It turns on and off randomly. Not bad, just saying it would be nice to have an attitude.
