The wooden dowel is ideal for hanging ceilings.

For hanging small ceilings - strong, straight, smooth, perfect. I drilled holes in the ends with a household drill to attach the cup holder screws. Very happy. The art shop would have charged me a lot more and would have taken longer. My blanket will arrive at its destination tomorrow. Hooray!
