The reliability of these headphones is terrible. I have had to change my headphones at least 4 times in the last 4 years. Usually one of the headphones stops working within 8-12 months. I contacted the company and although they gave instructions on how to solve the problem, it never worked. They exchanged it once under warranty. The only reason I stuck with them was for compatibility with my underwater carry case and for a while I thought I was just out of luck.
