Normal quality, you can use it.

Bought 3 pieces. They worked plus or minus for more than two years, everyone died. Already after about a year of operation, it was literally enough for 3 minutes for a regular computer, i. E. just have time to turn everything off gently if the light is cut. Overall, I don't recommend this model.
