*Update* I bought this handcart 16 months ago. I'm a field engineer and use it to carry my tools. My tools should weigh about 20 pounds or so. I put my tool bag on it. The little wheels rotate 360 degrees which is great because I can reach the tool bag while it's on the trolley and rotate it the way I want to grab the tool from anywhere in my tool bag. As you can see in the picture I also use it to transport small engines and containers of different weights and sizes. He took several hits. I even bent the rear wheel axle. I dropped it while my tool bag was on it. The impact was too strong. But it works and serves its purpose. And it doesn't feel weird or bumpy. He's pretty strong.
