Review on 2 PCS Jeopace Upgraded Hot Water Bottles With Knitted Cover & Transparent 2 Liter Capacity - Safe And Reliable! by Joseph Winfrey

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Love the idea, but not a huge fan of the PVC material.

I had meaning to replace our old hot water bottle that finally sprung a leak after 30 years when this showed up on my recommendations. It's not a terrible replacement, I actually love the little sweater covering for it, we used to always have to wrap a towel around the old one to buffer some of the heat. I guess my real issues are with the size & the material the actual hot water bottle is made with. The bottle is fairly small in comparison to our old one, which was just a standard hot water bottle. It still works for some jobs just fine, it's just not as effective as a traditional bag would be. As far as the material it's made with.the PVC just feels funky to me. It's rather stiff, it doesn't mold to the body like the traditional hot water bottles do. I thought maybe after it warmed up it would be more forgiving, but that didn't seem to be the case. I also felt like the thicker material it's constructed from almost kept the warmth from coming through as well as a normal hot water bottle? Maybe it was just me, but I even tried using it without the little sweater to see if that changed things and I didn't think it really did.So, overall I would have to say it's not terrible, but this wouldn't be my go-to, especially at this price point. For the money I could get a larger, more traditional material hot water bottle that would work a bit better for my likes/needs.
