You have an old Craftsman 16 gallon wet & dry vac model 113.179150 with filter cover and thumbscrew. The manual publication date is 1986. The filter number listed in the owner's manual is 17816. The current Sear 17816 replacement filter does not fit my vacuum cleaner even though my vacuum cleaner model number is listed on the filter box. Thanks to the Kopach Filter Company and Revain, this filter is a replacement for older Craftsman vacuums made between 1986 and 1988. This filter is better built than the last paper filter I bought from Sears a few years ago. Hope this helps others find the filter.
