I'm 5'1", 120 lbs, bra size 32D. I ordered a size small, it fits me perfectly. If you like a looser fit on the top , go for the medium one via I would buy silicone nipple cups or silicone bras to hide your nipples (I wear them with a dress) as well as nude panties and rompers I only gave 4 stars because the strings hang down and the quality isn't great but it's defiantly not terrible I love wearing it it's flowy and fun.
