I've finally found the perfect bag! I was looking for a non-tactical looking bag to carry everything I need on the practice field during the day in a convenient and practical way (without packing and repacking Tetris). In particular, the pouch is long enough for a short folded-stock carbine (or a longer disassembled carbine) that doesn't look like a gun pouch. This bag makes everything almost perfect! Solid plastic panels along the outer edge give the bag enough structure and keep everything in place. Everything is easily accessible from above, no need to dig through layers to get different things. Pistols can be holstered and placed in internal pockets. It's the same with magazines. On the opposite row of inner pockets, you can tuck into the handle and attach a short carabiner that sits vertically on the inner edge of the pocket, securely and out of the way (use a screwdriver case or magazines in the pockets). Push the barrel to the edge of the pouch). At the top there is space for small items such as flags and earplugs. At the bottom of the bag you can store a bulky shooting belt, extra holsters, etc. This bag has no cons! Perfect! Be careful though, it's so roomy it's easy to add too much weight and be difficult to handle. It can get very heavy when you fill it up with loaded magazines. I usually keep my ammo in a small separate bag to reduce the weight. Sturdy handles at each end help you lift it with two hands if you accidentally overload it. BEST of all, you can carry it in your car without worrying that it will be as tempting a target for theft as a tactical rifle bag. Roll the outside in the dirt a little, dab on some extra paint, toss a used brush in the outside pocket, and you've got another battered tool bag.
