The ease of use to upload resumes and track applications for all candidates at once with no need to manually log into each account individually. It also helps us keep up-to-date regarding candidate availability, as well as status updates regarding applicants throughout their application process. I dislike that it's not mobile friendly. You have to be on your computer or laptop to access information about candidates you're recruiting through this tool. We've been using Recruitty since we started our business over 2 years ago now and haven't had any issues thus far. It has helped streamline the onboarding process immensely!
