The ease of use to upload resumes and track applications for all candidates at once with no need to manually log into each account individually. I like how easy it was to use once we got past the initial set up process. The application itself can be confusing at first but the user guide has all of your answers so that you get through things quickly. Once everything is setup properly, this tool works well. It's not perfect yet, however they are continually improving their product with new features each month which makes me feel confident that there will be no problems down the road. The best thing about Recruitify is that it's easy to use as most of its features are user friendly. We were able solve our client requirement by using this platform. It has helped us improve upon the customer service aspect at times when we need something done for them quickly.
