I can afford a more expensive version of the handheld massager, but after comparing all the features between this model and the top model , I decided to give this new one a chance. Works great, the pressure is sometimes too strong. My husband is now competing with me - he is very skeptical of the usefulness of any massager, but he has fallen in love with this one and uses it almost every day. Pros: 1. Very strong, intensity level 3 can completely block blood supply, so use with caution.2. Enough settings for the average user - I prefer one of the 4 programs and one intensity level, but it's nice to have a choice.3. Charging is fast, the battery charge lasts for several sessions of 10 minutes, but it works even when connected to the charger. My little problem is that the battery wears out over time, but I will then use it while charging.4. My husband was experiencing mild nerve or muscle pain in one of his fingers and a few sessions with this massager completely eliminated the discomfort he was previously experiencing. Minor cons: 1. It squeaks at times as if the pressure is too much for the plastic case, so for a while I expected it to break. However, after more than a month, it is still intact and looks like new, so the squeaking is just a minor nuance.2. The heating function is not very strong and hardly warms up. However, as I rarely use it, I personally don't care - pressure alone increases blood flow enough to keep my palms naturally warm. Get ready to scare your kids with palms adorned with red and blue dots after the first few uses - the machine has a specific pattern on the inside and the first few times I used this machine it was quite uncomfortable to slight pain, but I'll get used to it over time and enjoy the massage now. Conclusion: good, usable, powerful, cheap compared to the competition, robust, be careful with brittle bones or oversensitive hands and start at the lowest level.
