I have owned Canon cameras for 5-6 years. Not the main job, more like a hobby, but a serious one))) I devote almost all my free time to it, my wife swears, the children whine about where the folder is, but that's not about that now. I recently visited the Canon Roadshow event in my native St. Petersburg. Everything is very cool: a beautiful location with models, interesting master classes. Of course, the highlight of the evening was the new Canon EOS R! I turned it around for a long time, and in the end I pre-ordered it. From what I saw, I was impressed in terms of ISO and DD. Well, of course, I’ll say that the touch bar first put me into a stupor and even pissed me off a little, since I had to strain my brain. Otherwise, nice material, comfortable grip, lightning-fast focus and how a sniper hits the target exactly. I want to try Dual Pixel RAW on portraits, otherwise, on my second carrot, this, it seems to me, is not enough, because sometimes a millimeter and tweak in sharpness and I want to. Someone may say, well, why, sometimes I don’t have enough, but everyone knows about tastes as well as about needs. There is dust and moisture protection - I think this is worth noting for those who are from St. Petersburg or places similar in climate. So far the only small disappointment is only 1 card slot. But since I don’t shoot reports, this parameter is not particularly critical for me. PS as soon as the camera is brought, I will actively use it for a month or two, I will add a review or write a new one
