When it arrived I immediately took the kitchen faucet apart to replace the cartridge. You can imagine the disappointment when I felt the supplied screw was too short. For this I reduced my rating by two stars. I emailed the company and never got a reply - gave them another star. A visit to the hardware store solved the problem. Detail: Fits the sink faucet with the included 2.5" screw, but not the faucet in our kitchen. For the kitchen faucet, I needed a 4" bolt (size 10-24" x 4"). A minor downside is that the large nut on the puller is a bit too big for a 10" adjustable wrench.
