At first I just ordered the lever as it doesn't attach to the base. Whatever you do, don't just buy leverage. Then I realized that the whole base can be bought for a few dollars more than the leverage. With all components, a quick installation is possible. Even comes with top and bottom gaskets. The only issue I had was that the tabs holding the top in place weren't in the right place. However, this was enough to set the bowl. Also, the original had more shoulder straps and was slightly stronger. But for the money it was great to go. My problem solved!
