From 30 to 80, it is charged from wireless charging in about an hour. The kit does not come with a charger (actually, there is nothing in the kit except the phone). The camera block is shifted to the side, respectively, in the supine position, when pressed, it will sway, the cover rules this (I have Spigen). The brightness range is decent, much better than my old bq-shark-something-there - bright during the day, not blinding at night.
