that I've been buying for many years, but the quality keeps declining. The ratio of mealworms to pellets has decreased. Keeps crumbling even when you just open it. This last sack even had cobwebs, small black bugs, and squirming larvae inside. Lost myself as a regular customer. Update: Exotic Nutrition sent me a replacement pack along with a step by step response to the corrective actions they have taken on their part and recommendations on how I can keep food fresh. (Cool!) Impressed with the response and attitude of the customer service and can say the quality really is back to where it was. No more falling out of the packaging!
