Very soft but can be too soft.
If you need a super soft toothbrush, here it is! But I just don't think it's for me. It leaves my mouth clean but you feel like you're brushing your teeth with some soft sticky goo or something. And it's not very good for cleaning your tongue. I won't be buying them again but I can see their appeal if you have very sensitive gums or something. They are well made, good quality - just not for me.
