Used to replace the cable that came with your ViewSonic monitor. This cable was not reliable. I often had to fiddle with it in my Macbook's connector. This cable is a plus and it works. It's very short. Due to the size of my monitor. I can't even hold my laptop 1 inch away from the monitor. I wanted shorter, but this one is barely enough.
