Waste of money on lighting

Take out old headlights, put in new ones, don't work, yes I know how to turn on the headlights, I thought it might be a wiring problem but it's not, the headlight wires have power, just don't light up, garbage lights and waste of money. If you are thinking of buying a set, you can get it for free
