We started using mica med to help us transition from paper billing to an electronic platform, we were able to implement this quickly with minimal downtime or errors in our software. The support team is also excellent - they are always willing to answer questions, provide support when needed, and keep you up to date on any changes that may be required to your system. There have been times where I've gone into their portal to add something (like a new provider) but it's not showing up immediately so I don't know if there was some sort of delay or just user error. But overall no issues. It helps us stay organized by allowing providers access through one central place instead of having multiple forms to fill out each month.
