The best part about gladly was its ability for my team members (agents) to interact directly w/customers via chat or phone call without having any agents in front office.
Also it helped us save time while processing tickets as well as reducing our agent's workload during peak hours. I had issues when we were using happy hour feature but they quickly addressed those problems within few days after i reported them so there wasn't much stress from me side regarding this issue. Great product! We have been able to improve customers' experience since implementing gladly into our ticketing system & overall process flow has become smoother than ever before.
