Review on 👖 5.11 Tactical Men's Taclite Pro 9.5-Inch Shorts with Poly/Cotton Ripstop Fabric, Teflon Finish - Style 73287: Superior Quality and Durability by Eric Dailey

These 5.11 TacLite shorts have become my favorite shorts. They are comfortable, lightweight, yet durable. How strong? I was walking past a bureau in our dining room and hit the drawer handle, the fold in the TacLite bags caught the edge of the drawer handle and pulled it out of the drawer! Another example is that I mainly use them for work shorts and wear some Liquid Nails on them. They went through the wash leaving the glue firmly in place so I used a wire brush on the fabric to clean the glue and the shorts come out looking new. Pockets are a good size and internal front pockets are deep, especially compared to my other work shorts (Rothco BDU). See comparison photo. The elastic waistband is comfortable and provides a good fit when wearing shorts without a belt, but if you weigh your shorts down by filling your pockets with a wallet, phone, pocket knife, keys, flashlight, tape measure, etc., you will need a belt. as the elastic is not designed to hold tight when the shorts are weighted. All in all great pants. I will buy more!
