Just a waste of time with vitamins, minerals and nutritional supplements
I will not buy again. Nothing done. When taken as directed, one bottle is sufficient for a week. I had no change in appetite. No weight gain. No results. The taste leaves a lot to be desired, but is bearable. Just a waste. There are also no side effects, so that's a plus.
