Review on 🔧 F108SX: Advanced Fumoto Valve featuring 16mm-1.5 Thread Size by Will Schimmel

Yes, fits 2017 Outback 2.5i Touring. I figured I was being smart with that so I could direct the flow of oil where I wanted. Unfortunately, the last thing you need is a Fumoto square valve. I should have checked before buying and I'm not knocking the product. That's high quality. It just won't fit in a 17 Outback unless you add a plastic hose adapter to rotate another 90 degrees. The problem lies in the plastic fairing that covers the entire area under the engine. The cutout for this will catch oil no matter which way the fumoto valve is pointing. High. Descent. Left. Right. Somewhere else. It simply sprays oil over the entire surface of the large plastic case. It's not a problem today as it was my first car oil change, but I really need to buy a hose adapter for a second change if I don't want a real mess. The thread doesn't seem too long to stick out in oil. Oil pan that prevents oil from leaking out. I matched it to the original screw and it ends where the paint begins at the end of the screw. I think they paint the oil pans with the bolt in place based on what I see.
