Works great, excellent quality
I'm a Food Service Technician. This is ideal for calibrating high temperature pizza ovens that bake at 550 degrees Fahrenheit. The standard Fluke thermocouple that came with my meter will not withstand these temperatures. Throw it in a cup of ice water and it will read 32 degrees Fahrenheit, just like it should. The quality seems exceptional, it's also nice and stiff yet flexible so I can bend it around closed oven doors.
