Go slow, this sucker is hitting.
I saw something like this on the sidelines for pro athletes, thought it must be a pretty good device. Let me tell you there is some strength to this thing, I used 2 different heads and I definitely should have gone softer. Left one hell of a bruise on my knee but has worked wonders for my sciatica and neck. It's highly recommended to just start slow, trust me.
