I like how it is able to sync with our CRM for easy access of data/tasks etc. It's not very intuitive but you get used to using it pretty quickly once its set up properly. The customer support can be slow at times so make sure your patience levels are high when working through issues. We needed an easier way to track tasks across multiple projects which was previously difficult in other systems we've had experience with before. This has allowed us to streamline those processes by creating more accurate workflows and giving managers better visibility into their team member workloads.
