After our first drive in our new motorhome, I noticed how much the original steps bend when getting in or out of the trailer. Even with the trailer stabilizers down, the camper still rocked. I really like how heavy this is built. It feels really solid and strong. I also like how it stows away on the steps so I don't have to put it somewhere every time we move. I had to drill a hole to attach it to the steps because it didn't line up perfectly with the holes that were already in my steps. The "leg" is threaded for almost unlimited adjustment and snaps securely into a bracket for storage. I believe this stabilizer will really reduce the flex and movement of the steps and trailer.
