First, no assembly instructions came with my bread so I had to assemble it. Because of this, assembly was incredibly difficult. I wouldn't mind if it did its job but it doesn't even stop the bread from doing it! We get a fresh loaf of bread at the local farmer's market every week or two and we needed a way to keep it fresh longer. It's not even close to doing it. It stayed just as fresh in it as it was in the closet. Big disappointment! If you store your bread in a plastic bag (like the sliced bread you buy at the grocery store) you can probably use it without any problems, but don't put your good fresh bread in here hoping it will keep!
