Review on TEKTON 5541 2 Ton Power Puller by Ronny Welch

Finally used for the first time to get out a slightly stuck 2WD RAV4 (also used a 300lb tether and it didn't break so I know I did it don't overstretch), it's clear that if you ever have to use one of these you're mostly in a bind and can really rely on the tool and of course I was, first the cable fell off the gasket and I can hear it already "Why don't you stop and straighten the cable?" It was pouring rain and it was dark and I made it myself and if I could find out I would definitely do it! I've never had this problem before, so didn't realize it was so terribly engineered (first time, mind you). After realizing I couldn't get it back and having limited tools with me, the red handle slipped off while I was honestly cranking my arm, I lost hope and thought of calling an old lady to help to bring a truck but I'd rather bleed than hear her babble about why she had to drive for an hour so I kept clicking as I started doing that head, no kidding, the cable snapped and almost hit me on the jaw and the car slid back into its ruts, at that point I lost hope a bit and went to sleep in the car, but then I remembered! When I felt the thing when it came in the mail recently I realized it was probably junk and I bought another one from Flot-Pharm, that's a completely different brand and thank goodness for that I pulled it off Hour I was free! not recommend buying this and if you do. Buy a backup and the pen issue should be resolved
