Pump works ok but not great. The instructions do not explain how to set up the pump and there is no warranty information. Doesn't explain how to set up the float if you leave it to float or attach it to the unit to the grid on the side of the pump. Had to elevate the pump 4 inches from the ground so that the float would be lower than the pump to allow the pump to shut off. If the float is at the same level as the pump, the pump continues to run. Not sure if I have a defective unit or it's a bad design. Not thrilled with the unit
