Review on Canopy by Tyler Owens

The support is amazing! They are always quick with an answer or solution when I have questions about our implementation/data migration etc.. Their techs also work well as part time consultants who actually know what they're doing (which makes me feel better knowing that my data will be handled by someone reliable). Our Account Executive was not very knowledgeable; however she seemed like it could improve if given enough training / tutorials - but this may just come from her being out-of touch compared to other reps we've had over history. We used them primarily because they were recommended via one of several vendor lists which can sometimes bias toward 'experts' rather than best fit match between client needs &amp skillset within each organization (ease of hiring across departments = less headache!). Benefits include increased business efficiency through automation using Salesforce Data Migration toolkit + faster access into historical information needed during close cycles vs manual digging thru email.
