Already at week 4 and approaching week 5 and zero results. I took out each anchor worm with tweezers, did a 75% water change and treated as directed. This is supposed to be a 3 week treatment but it is very stressful because the fish are again infested with anchorworms when the next scheduled dose arrives. And everyone is worse than the week before. So we pull all the worms out again with tweezers, do more water changes and redose, but again it's getting worse every week. Too bad I can't get a refund... not only does it look like water, it works pretty much the same way when treating anchor worms. Disappointing
