I like that it is very easy to use with multiple users in any location as we have different offices around our mine site and this allows us all access at once without having an office manager or IT person there every time! It's not perfect but has been useful so far when used correctly - simple file sharing between sites etc.
Some of my colleagues are still using Word documents instead which can be quite frustrating if you need something specific done quickly/easily within your team. We're solving problems such as emailing files back & forth across several locations; keeping everyone updated about changes made locally vs those being approved by HQ / Senior management who may live hundreds of miles away from each other.
