The best part about this software is that you can use it for multiple services and it is compatible with all of them. I am able to work on multiple projects at the same time and it is easy to use. It is easy to learn and easy to use. Sometimes when I try to do an update it does not work. I have to restart my computer and sometimes it does not work at all. We are able to use all of our accounts for the different services, so this is very helpful. I am able to work on multiple projects at the same time and I am able to use all of the features that the software offers. I am able to keep track of my time and I am able to send invoices to my customers. The ability have all my information at one location so I can easily access it while out in service! It's easy enough anyone could use without having training but also has advanced functions available if needed by an experienced user or trainer/admin support person!! You need this tool. Accessible anywhere via smart phones too which makes things even easier than before when not connected using landline phone lines (which aren't always reliable).
