Great Tool For Remote Management Of Your Employees

The ease of management of all of the devices that my employees are working on. It's not only that it can see all of the devices, it can also send SMS, emails, etc. to users/help desks when I need to get a client up to speed very quickly. I'm not a big fan of all of the reporting options that are included in the free edition (not a huge fan of having to pay for something that has free options). You can't see all of the devices, only some of them. You can't see the number of unread e-mails/SMS. I wish that it had more in-depth reporting options but all of the tools have that. I am solving the issues of a distributed workforce for my company. This is a great solution to all of our problems. I like how it allows me remote access even if my computer is off or not connected, which can be very helpful when working from home as well! There really isn't anything that i dislike about this software at all so far; however there may come some time where we do have issues with our internet connection but other than those few times everything has been great thusfar!! We are using mpa tool mainly because of its ease in connecting remotely via mobile devices such as smartphones/tablets etc..

  • Very simple interface making administration fairly easy while saving money by reducing expensive technical support costs due to staff being able to manage their own equipment effectively online without helpdesk intervention required most often
