MPA Tools Review

The ease of management of all of the devices that my employees are working on. It's not only that it can see all of the devices, it can also send SMS, emails, etc. to users/help desks when I need to get a client up to speed very quickly. I'm not a big fan of all of the reporting options that are included in the free edition (not a huge fan of having to pay for something that has free options). You can't see all of the devices, only some of them. You can't see the number of unread e-mails/SMS. I

I love that this tool is free, easy-to-use software with all of my favorite features like screen sharing! It's great because it allows you to easily share your desktop or computer from anywhere in real time without having any additional hardware needed (like cameras). It is very easy to install, configure, manage, and monitor our devices. The interface is intuitive and well organized. There are lots of useful features that we can take advantage of, like controlling applications remotely, or being notified when there's an issue with a device. Sometimes it takes a while to get used to the UI. I think it would be easier to navigate if you have experience in remote management software.
